Excellently equipped apartment, with en suite sauna. Perfectly presented on arrival. Spacious rooms, comfy bed. Most importantly Excellent value for money.
"Luxury Bedding" was 2 single beds pushed together with a 6ft wide sheet put on them. Towels were not changed during the stay and toiletries not replenished.

Great alternative to a hotel room with nice touches such as breakfast cereals and milk being provided.

It was a luxurious night and better than expected. The 2 bedroomed apartment was very spacious with the decor was beautiful.
The check in time was not until 4pm and the check out time was 10am. Not the most convenient times. We did try to find out about getting an earlier check in but the reception was never manned and the phone was always forwarded to an answering machine.

It was so relaxing a home away from home with self contained apartments.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. We loved having a bathroom for each room and the facilities in the apartment were excellent. The staff were very helpful and accomodating when we needed to increase the number of occupants (they provided a fold up bed for my 11 year old daughter). The Customer Service was excellent and we felt able to contact the Manager if we needed to. Highly recommended and much more flexible than a Hotel Room.
On the first night we found the road (at the back of the apartment) to be noisy but soon got used to it and it did not bother us at all after that. There was a party of loud people above us on our third night and I emailed Carl the Manager regarding this the following morning and he encouraged me to telephone the office number regarding any problems in the future. We felt confident that we were listened to and that any problems would be resolved by the Staff.

Two bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities was great for family on overseas holiday.
Having to call to notify the staff/innkeeper of arrival was unusual. We were not certain of the exact time of arrival and ended up finding the hotel quicker that anticipated. So we had to wait for about 10 minutes to be admitted to the unit. We noticed that there was a good bit of road noise in the unit. Also, it would be helpful to include instructions on the use of the washer/dryer combo. It was a nice addition but info on how to use would have been helpful.

The person who showed us round the appartments was helpful and thorough. The appartments were very spacious and well appointed. Cereal and fruit juice for breakfast was an unexpected bonus. A pleasant alternative to a hotel room.
There were main roads outside both sitting room and bedroom were very busy and the A38 noise could have disturbed light sleepers.
